Return/Refund Policy

If you have never purchased Softress products before, we suggest that you try the 2 oz size first. If you’re not happy, we will gladly refund the purchase and shipping cost of any 2 oz product. Because of high manufacturing costs, we can’t refund the larger bottles. Send the bottle and receipt to:

The Softress Story

Softress didn’t get its start in a lab. It started with two very unhappy people in a little New York apartment. Yael, my multiracial daughter, had dry, sensitive skin that no lotion could relieve, and dry hair that no product could detangle or condition. “Hair night” was our nightmare.

Looking for solutions, my mission became clear: If I couldn’t find products that were safe and effective, I’d invent them.

Which is exactly what I did. My kitchen became my lab. My daughter, my guinea pig. Five years and much research later, her skin is finally soft, and “hair night” doesn’t scare us any more.
